Using Plantskydd Repellent in Fall

Herbivores like deer, rabbits, voles, elk, moose and squirrels can turn a cherished landscape from oasis to disappointment overnight.

Whether browsing on plants or burrowing tunnels, Fall is still time to be vigilant with critters. The good news is Plantskydd is specially designed to work overwinter on dormant plants!

Follow these easy steps to protect bulbs from winter foragers:

  • Lay the bulbs out on newspaper.
  • Apply the liquid repellent.
  • Allow them to dry before planting.
  • Sprinkle the topsoil with Plantskyddgranular animal repellent.

While you’re at it, spray trees, shrubs and evergreens that tend to get hit overwinter by browsing deer, buck rub and / or any smaller critters like rabbits or voles. When used as directed, Plantskydd can protect dormant plants for up to four months overwinter.

And, in case you didn’t know, Plantskydd is OMRI listed, rain-resistant, pollinator-friendly, pet friendly, and foliar fertilizing.
