I just got back from a quick trip to Shonnard’s. I don’t drive over there often, because for me, it’s all the way on the other side of town. But when I need any kind of garden product or get ready to buy seeds or plants, I make the trip. When I got home, there was an email from them in my inbox which included my receipt and a PDF with all kinds of info about how and when to use the product I just bought. Just about every time I shop there, I get an email like that that tells me exactly what I need to know to grow my plant or use my product. Now that’s customer service! I also subscribe to their newsletter because it’s full of helpful info that’s up to date for our area and the season. That’s just a couple of the reasons I shop at Shonnard’s but not the only ones. I also love supporting a local business. Did I mention they have online classes and a really good YouTube channel? And knowledgeable, helpful staff? The list could go on and on.
