Nuc hive pick up time will be Saturday April 7th starting at 9am
If you have any questions regarding your order, please email:
Your bees will be in waxed cardboard transport boxes (and very anxious to fly) – please set aside time to pick up your bees in the morning so they can be placed in their new home and allowed to leave the box.
IMPORTANT: If you are going to be out of town this weekend, check to see if a friend or family member can pick up your bees for you! The nucs are in bee-tight cardboard boxes suitable for travel. They can place your nuc where your hive will be, crack open the entrance, and leave the bees for you to install when you return home.

Be sure to have your hive equipment assembled, painted, and ready for your bees. You will also need some sugar syrup made ahead of time (cooled to room temperature) to feed your bees once they are installed in the hive. You can view our sugar syrup tutorial here. Protein patties are also a good addition – your bees have some pollen and honey in reserve, but will be growing quickly and will benefit from the nutritional boost as they become established.
