New Garlic Varieties – Just Arrived

Two new varieties of garlic have just arrived:

Mid-season hardneck.  White skinned with just a blush of pink.  Produces large cloves that are easy-to-peel.  Flavor is a medium hot, true garlic flavor.  Very cold tolerant.  Stores 9 months to a year.

A softneck, mid-season garlic that is one of the best for roasting.  Stores for 6-9 months and is good for braiding.  Flavor is mild but remains popular among garlic growers.  Enjoy on tomato slices or on a slice of French bread!
