Fruit Tree Growing Guides

Everyone loves fresh fruit, and to be able to grow your own is the ultimate dream! However, growing your own source of fresh produce may not be necessarily “easy”, or considered low maintenance.

For fruit trees to stay healthy and productive they need yearly attention. Particularly during winter while the trees are dormant it is important to properly prune fruiting trees and shrubs, such as blueberries, as well as apply fungicide and horticultural oil to prevent disease and manage pests.

We know it can seem like a big commitment in your already busy life, but we’re here to help you learn what you need to know so that growing what you love to eat is manageable!

We offer free classes, and below are links to our growing guides which include guidance on planting, fertilizing, disease and pest control, as well as varietal characteristics.
